    We would LOVE to hear from you. You can email us, call us or use our contact us form. All of our contact information can be found on our CONTACT US page.
  2. Do you have a paper catalog that you can send me?

    As part of our effort to being as environmentally friendly as possible, we don't print paper catalogs. Our product assortment constantly changes with new products being added often. Every product that is available to ship is shown on our website.
  3. Do you sell chocolate?

    Unfortunately we do not sell chocolate online at this time due to the melting nature of chocolate. We take quality control very seriously and if there is a chance that a product will not arrive at your door in perfect condition, we don't ship it. We do have a huge selection of chocolate in our experiential stores.
  4. If I place my order today, when will I receive it?

    All orders placed by 11:59PM EST will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Friday and throughout the weekend will ship on the following Monday. Actual transit times will vary depending on the shipping method that is selected and the shipping address. More shipping information can be found on our SHIPPING POLICY page.
  5. Is there a minimum order requirement?

    There is NO minimum order requirement. Please order as little or as much as your sweet heart desires <3 :)

    Your satisfaction is the single most important element to us.

    We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service. Our cost is your cost. Our shipping rates are linked to the most current USPS rates.

    You will be able to choose from the following 2 shipping options during the checkout process.

    USPS Priority Mail : Transit Time is 2-4 business days.

    USPS Express Mail : Guaranteed to be delivered in the following two business days if your order is placed by 11:59PM EST.

    Each option will display USPS's shipping rates which are determined by the weight of the product(s) in your shopping cart and the distance to your zip code.

    All orders placed by 11:59PM EST ship the following business day. Orders placed on Friday and throughout the weekend ship on Monday.
